CAL BOTER
At the end of the 19th century the building became
the home of a wine merchant and from then onwards the place was
know as " Cal Boter" ("Boter comes from the word
"Bota" meaning wooden barrel )
Later on it became a bakery, then a grocery store,
still later a shop for perfumes and eau de toilette, the village
casino, the headquarters of the labour union, again another bakery,
and finally a ready made meals' shop.
