We have installed individual hot and cold air pumps in each room.
Therefore energy is only spent in the rooms that are occupied.
The water tanks in our toilets have double flushing buttons in
order to allow you to flush only the appropriate amount of water
needed at each time.
Taps are fitted with special systems in order to reduce the consumption
of water.
A special valve is used to adapt the hot water temperature to the
room temperature.
All bulbs are either halogen or low energy.
There is double-glazing in the windows and insulation in the ceiling.
The original master walls with a width of 30 centimetres have been
preserved.
Roof windows have been installed in order to increase the natural
light in the third floor rooms.
There is forced ventilation in the bathrooms as well as low energy
heaters.
