MENU COMTE TALLAFERRO AUTUMN 2007

Menu of day Tallaferro

One of the first :
Salad of tomato and anchovy of l'Escala- Catalan country style soup- Cannelloni with meat- Cannelloni with spinaches and tuna-Salade of cottage cheese and pie nut vinaigrette- Cream of mushrooms with bread and white beans of Santa Pau- Piquillo peppers stuffed with mashed cabbage, catalan pork sausage, and seasonal mushrooms.

One of the second:
Besalú sausage with white beans of Santa Pau-Apples stuffed with meat-Pig's trotter with snails- Cooked wild boar with onion and mushrooms-Cuttlefish with peas-Salt cod with catalan ratatouille.

Desserts:
Catalan cream or tangerine ice-cream

Drinks:
1/2 l. wine or 1 glass of beer or 1/2l. mineral water or 1 soft drink

 

Menu of day Fonda

Green salad

One of the first:

Russian salad- Cannelloni-Cooked lentils-Macarroni bolognaise-Cannelloni with spinaches-Catalan soup style.

One of the second:
Loin with garniture-Chicken with garniture-Sausage with potatoes-Escalope of chicken with garniture-Escalope of pig with garniture-Hamburguer with garniture.

 

Desserts: cream caramel or ice cream or yoghurt or apple

Drinks: 1 glass of white, red or rosé wine or 1 glass of beer or a little bottle of mineral water or 1 soft drink
