The renovations carried out in 1995 consisted mainly of re-doing the second floor of the building and converting it into more spacious bedrooms, with bigger bathrooms, easier access and with the same services as on the first floor: TV. Telephone and Heating. There are rooms with two single beds and rooms with double beds.

Most of the furniture dates back to the beginning of the XX century. The photo shows a matching headbed and night table that were rescued from the bonfires made by the troops of the "national" army when it occupied the Fonda Siqués in 1939.  

Some of these rooms were equipped with air-conditioning in the summer of 2002.
